The solution was focused on improving refinery operations by providing enhanced tracking of assets and staff member advanced warning systems.
- [Manufacturing] RFID Technology Design & Deployment: Provided project management and leadership of teams spanning 3 continents and across 10 geographies focused on the development of an RFID solution in support of automating consumer goods packaging and supply chain activities to respond to mega-retailer requirements such as Walmart and Target.
- [Manufacturing] Automation System Implementation: Directed project team activities in the development of an Automotive industry scheduling and controls solution focused on producing integrated schedules for a truck manufacturing and assembly facility while integrating with PLCs and 3rd party software.
