Change management as a profession is fairly new to the market, but already gaining traction. However, many project professionals see change management as merely a skill set within the project management body of knowledge. Projects create change and the role of change management is one that is imperative to the organization. Do organizations need to employ someone to perform in the role of change manager or is having a project manager more than sufficient to address the need? This is the topic of this week’s debate:
